Keith Baird has over 40 years of proven experience in manufacturing, operations, and product design and development.
As a creative problem-solver, Keith is highly skilled in ideating product and process improvements, identifying barriers to implementation, and translating “big ideas” into executable product solutions. With a focus on providing excellent service to clients, Keith uses his experience, skills and knowledge to assist clients with competitive analysis, product design and development, product cost structure, and manufacturing methodologies.

Keith has successfully worked with well-known brands like McDonald’s and Phillips, helping them to solve problems and giving them solutions that are used daily. With McDonald’s, Keith’s solution was able to move them from an unusable product in all of their stores to one that is still in operation to this day in every McDonald’s restaurant. Phillips was struggling with an issue that they couldn’t solve on their own regarding their CPAP machines. Keith’s innovation and problem-solving idea allowed them a path forward, saving them time and expense.
